Who are the instructors?

How long do I have access?

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on our courses given a large portion of their value proposition is the over 300 pages of downloadable content they come with in addition to the lifetime video access. We are proud of our content and that’s why we feature full length sample videos from all our courses to help you gauge if our materials are right for your needs and personal learning style before making a purchase decision.

What background do I need to have?

No prior experience is necessary. If you work in a totally unrelated field and hope to break into product management, we’ve got courses and resources to help you build up the experiences you’ll need, craft a killer resume, and get your foot in the door at top companies. We believe that anyone with enough grit and training can become a PM, and if that sounds like you, we’ll give you the tools to succeed.

Do the courses work for mid-career professionals?

You bet! Higher-level PM interviews tend to focus more on strategy, growth, pricing, competitive analysis, and leadership questions. We’ve got videos for all of those.
